  • [H3] There are no wasted  moments when it comes to Sta Fe Trail Run.  Each part of the trail will have your eyes feasted with the raw beauty of nature that includes a rich Pine Tree infested Forest, a ridge-view of the mountain ranges and the Ampucao Ridge.  That beauty comes with a struggle as you have to huff and puff your way to steep climbs and brave the descents, which would leave you stronger and satisfied as you cross the finish line.
  • [H3] Albay plays host anew to Xterra Philippines 2016. The participants are in for a scenic treat. Mayon Volcano plays an excellent backdrop as participants hits the Swim, Bike and Run leg of the Xterra Albay 2016 happening on February 7, 2016. Bradley Weiss, the defending champion, leads the cast of triathletes swimming their way in Lidong in Mayon Rivera, hitting the dirt roads around Mayon Volcano and finishing off the famous Cagsawa Ruins.
  • [H3] The demands of the trails are different compared to road runs.  On the trails, you spend more time on your feet because of the uneven and varying surfaces.  You then deal with different debris that can enter your shoes as you hit the dirt, the sands, the rocks and the rivers.  Then there’s the warmer temperature, the steep drops and a lot more. With rigors like this, you have to have the right socks that would give you both protection and comfort as you hit the trails.  Ahon Trail Socks is designed for the rigors of trails made by the people who hit the trails regularly.

  • [H3] It’s a New Year and a lot of people (including me) wants to start it right with a good diet.  A good diet always start with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. #AlaskaForBreakfast office tour highlights the importance of breakfast.  That role of breakfast does not stop when we work and it’s nice for Alaska to hold several radio station promos to select a few Companies where they would serve a sumptuous breakfast treat for the office.
  • [H3] Start the day right, Start it with breakfast!!!
  • [H3] Color Manila Run is not just the most festive and fun-filled run for me. It’s tradition. There’s no better way to start a year than a vibrant display of color powders enveloping the skies with people actively joining the ceremonies.  It’s my 4th year running and enjoying Color Manila. It just keeps getting better and it got even bigger this year with their first ever half marathon category.
  • [H3] It’s not an easy trail but as you struggle catching your breath climbing about 500 meters worth of elevation, you get mesmerized by the scenery that surrounds you.  You get the Pine Tree rich trails that would keep you shaded on the early part. There’s the long ridge path that you’d love to run with a scenic backdrop of the mountains. There’s the Ampucao / Philex Ridge which gives you a panoramic view of the whole area. There’s Mount Ulap showcasing a lush green surface and about 1,858 MASl worth of natural attractions.  It’s definitely a trail that will keep your eyes feasted with every struggling stride you make.
  • [H3] Life is one crazy adventure or nothing at all.  2015 was a busy and challenging one. Time has always been scarce for me but with that limitation, I got to appreciate the little and more crucial things in life.  It’s really important to surround yourself with good habits and positive people as even when you go on autopilot, you’ll be fine.  2016 would even be crazier with a new project about to begin but just bring it. I’m ready!!!
  • [H3] Forget what you know about laces, because Greeper Laces will turn your world upside down.  It’s tied from top to bottom but once applied, it remains tied. You don’t have to worry about loose or tangled laces anymore.  Greeper Laces is your competition worthy laces that keeps your shoes securely on your feet while the action happens.
  • [H3] It’s gonna be Trail-rrefic and Trail-lengging 2016!!! Open your 2016 race calendar with a race that has the majestic Philex Ridge view as a reward after climbs that would seem like forever. Sta Fe Run is a half marathon distance run set at Ampucao, Itogon, Benguet on January 17, 2016.  The climb will literally take your breath away but the views at the top will make you feel breathless at the natural beauty of the surroundings. • [H3] Carrera de Oro is a Golden Run, which is in time to Celebrate the Golden Jubilee for San Sebastian College – Recoletos de Cavite.  Aside from the Golden Tribute, Carrera de Oro would also be a showcase of the beauty and heritage of the Cavite area as this would be a new route and new scenery to add to your running bucket list.  The Run is happening on January 24, 2016 to start at Recoletos 4th Centennial Gymnasium, Padre Burgos Street, Bp. Rosario, San Roque, Cuidad De Cavite with 500m, 1K, 3K, 5K, 10K and 16K categories to choose from.  Run and celebrate a golden milestone at Carrera De Oro. #‎CarreradeOro2016‬ ‪#‎FunRunforACause‬ ‪#‎AlumniFederation‬
